Scheduling An Appointment
Our staff has gone to much effort to design a scheduling system that gives each and every patient the best care possible. We understand that everyone has important obligations throughout the day and that your time is valuable. Therefore, please review the following suggestions so that your appointments can be made easily:
- Know your school or work schedule upon check-out. It is vital that your next appointment is made before you leave. Consider a lunch hour, study hall or a school holiday that can be used to make your appointment.
- If after-school activities prevent you from scheduling in the afternoon, consider picking a different class each time that you schedule. Rotating the class missed may help you by not being consistently out of one class repeatedly.
Please understand that we strive to be accommodating, but it may be necessary to rotate your appointment from month to month. We will do our best to offer late afternoon appointments to every patient if we have them available. However, please understand that there are also restrictions dependent upon the type of appointment that is needed to be scheduled. Longer appointments; such as Records (photographs, impressions, x-rays), Bandings (putting the braces on) or Debonds (removal of braces), are scheduled in the morning. Missed appointments, or ones that are changed on short notice, will have to be rescheduled to the next available appointment on our schedule. Please be advised that your rescheduled appointment may be in a morning or early afternoon time slot. Late arrivals can cause other patients to be inconvenienced. We ask that if you are more than 15 minutes late that you reschedule your appointment.
Please email us if you would like further information.
