Billing and Insurance

Our office offers several flexible, affordable payment plans.  You may choose from one of the following options:

In-Office Payment Plan (No Interest, Down Payment and Monthly Payments Required)

Care Credit (A revolving line-of-credit that may be used for your entire family's healthcare needs at various practices, 24-60 months, approx. 13.9 % APR) www.carecredit.com

We extend a 5% discount to patients who would like to pay in full at the beginning of their treatment.

Primary insurance: We file insurance as a courtesy to our patients. Please contact your insurance company to verify your orthodontic benefits. Please understand that it is the ultimate responsibility of the parent/patient to obtain and understand his/her insurance coverage. The financial contract signee is responsible for the total orthodontic fee should your insurance company stop payment.

Financial contracts: Contracts are to be signed at the Records appointment and will require one signature from the financially responsible party. Payment arrangements are set up on a monthly basis and do not correlate with the monthly appointments. Payments are due on the 1st of each month. As a courtesy to assist you with making monthly payments, a coupon book will be given to you at the beginning of treatment.  Our office policy states that accounts must be paid in full prior to completion of treatment. Please let our billing office know if we may be of assistance.
